OUR COACHING METHOD

We start by identifying your past traumas, limiting beliefs around relationships, & triggers and permanently removing the old patterns of sabotage, triggered responses, unhealthy communication, and emotionally checking out.

Next, we are going to focus on your communication. We’ll go over things like conflict resolution, how to have the “hard conversations” in a healthy way, & setting and honoring boundaries.

Then, we’ll dive into an exploration of emotional & sexual intimacy by giving you all of our tools and tantric practices that create safety, security, & deep, juicy connection.

The final step is making sure you have the accountability you need to get the results you’re looking for. This step will keep you on track & turn what you’ve learned into habit so that you can continue this for the rest of your life.
